My first old master replica project, all done! I realize it's not awesome, but I'm happy with it, especially since I'm completely new to painting.

Homework!

If oil paint were a person, I would marry it. And we would have one of those relationships where we fight allllll the time, but we still loved each other deep down inside but didn't really want to admit it. Yep, that's how I feel about this medium.

First week of the new semester is over, and I produced two (not so) lovely paintings, which I am fairly satisfied with. It was a good experience.

P.S: To those waiting of sketches, I will finish them when I have a moment. As you can see, my new husband these paintings are keeping me fairly busy.
